How to cancel an order ?

CASES 1.If you place an order and you have paid the amount but you want to cancel it and want your money back.(Its only apply with in 24 hrs) OR 2. If You want to exchange the product after receiving due to size issue or defect. SOLUTION 1.You can see a WhatsApp messenger icon on website screen while browsing send us your query there. OR 2. You can send us through mail, mail id is (the_flyingraven@outlook.com ) so from this side our team can cancel your order and give you further detail information.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
As a E-commerce website we only accept the online payment on behalf of our product . You can pay through Net banking, Debit & Credit card, UPI payment, Wallet(Paytm, Phonepe, Airtel, Freecharge etc.).
How long is the order processing time?
Our order processing time is 1 to 2 days and it will be deliver by 7 to 10 days maximum. But due to Covid-19 may be it will take some time according to the situation so i hope you all understand our efforts and stay with us.Our team will try to deliver your product on time.
